Our Spaces - The Ballroom
The Wire ballroom features vaulted beam ceilings, large floor to ceiling windows and a garage style roll-up entrance perfect for tradeshow access. The expansive space can accommodate dinner functions up to 375, theater-style keynote sessions up to 500, and tradeshows for 50 exhibitors.
Our Spaces - The Atrium
The glass enclosed atrium boasts sweeping views of the Hudson, and brings the outdoors in with roll-up glass walls that lead out to the wraparound deck. Mid-sized dinner functions, breakout sessions, morning yoga and team building activities are perfect when held in the natural light of the atrium.

If you're looking to combine relaxation with adventure during your stay, our team can help coordinate experiences local to the town of Coxsackie and the Hudson Valley area. We are also happy to arrange travel accommodations with a guest room block at the adjacent voco® James Newbury Hudson Valley.
voco® James Newbury Hudson Valley Spa & Wellness Center
While planning your event, a variety of wellness services including group Pilates, group yoga and customized spa treatments are available for your guests. Located at the adjacent voco James Newbury, our Hudson Valley wellness center is able to provide services at the Wire and any of its partnering properties. Relax with chair yoga/mediation during a meeting break, start your day with a group Pilates session, or add spa treatments into your wellness retreat activities. Let our wellness partners create the perfect restoration package for you.
Group Pilates Classes
Reserve group Pilates mat classes for special events, weddings, corporate retreats and meetings. All classes are taught by certified Pilates professionals. Choice of Pilates props included.
$25 Per Person – 45 Minute Group Class, 4 Guest Minimum
All levels welcome. All mats are included. Group classes by appointment only.

Yoga classes are available for special events, wedding celebrations, and corporate meetings/retreats.
$250 – 1 Hour Group Class, Up To 15 Guests
$100 – 1/2 Hour Group Chair Yoga/Meditation, No Guest Limit
$60 – 15 Minute Group Chair Yoga/Meditation, No Guest Limit
All levels welcome. All props and mats are included in the 1 hour group class.
